Kelly Roesing (UVa '09) is helping to organize a stem cell donor drive in honor of a very dear friend (Lindsay Rawot) who is in desperate need of a match. She does not have a match in the national registry at this point. Hence, the donor drive is our next/last option for helping to save her life! Registering in the system is as simple as a cheek swab and donating stem cells can be as easy as giving blood if you do turn out to be a match for someone.
