During the first half of the seminar, Matt Klein (CLAS ’05) of Prudential Financial will cover the financial choices that matter most. Learn about the importance of diversification in your 401(k) and IRA, as well as how to save for big purchases. In the second half, Arada Grantz (CLAS ’97) of Weichert Realtors and Frank Hodo of A. Anderson Scott Mortgage will discuss current and local market trends in real estate, the 2009 tax credit for home purchases, and what you need to do to prepare financially for home ownership.
