Cavaliers Care 2007
Cavaliers Care is a worldwide volunteerism initiative based on one of the core principles of a Jeffersonian society - citizenship. Cavaliers Care is local and national in scope simultaneously. The concept is simple - harness the enthusiasm of Virginia alumni in local volunteer initiatives across the country into a coordinated effort nationwide.
This year the UVa Club of Washington chose Access UVA as our charity for Cavaliers Care. Please click here if you'd like to make a donation of any size and help low income prospective students afford a good education.

Sing! Sing! Sing! We're kicking Cavs Care week off with a bang this year! Come downtown to hear some of your favorite A Cappella groups from UVa sing at the Jefferson Memorial! The New Dominions, The Virginia Belles, The Whethermen, and The Academical Village People will be all the way up from Charlottesville singing to benefit AccessUVa.
We'll be collecting donations of any size to benefit Access UVa.
What better way to celebrate the ideals of our founder and his birthday than to give back to the community. Jefferson wouldn't have it any other way!
We encourage bringing blankets to spread out and get comfortable!
Parking will be extremely limited at the Jefferson Memorial due to the Cherry Blossom Festival. We encourage taking Metro's Orange/Blue line to the Smithsonian station.
