Please join the UVaClub as we team up with Offender Aid and Restoration (OAR) to ensure that no child of an incarcerated parent goes without a gift this holiday season by helping to wrap donated gifts.
Children of incarcerated parents are often overlooked in the discussions of crime and justice. Through Project Christmas Angel, these special children are assured that their parent has not been forgotten them and that they are still a priority in their parents' lives.
OAR's goal is to unite the good will of the community with the holiday dreams of the children of inmates in local detention facilities. Alternatively please feel free to participate outside of this club event by making a financial contribution, donating gifts, or volunteering to deliver gifts to children.
