Join the UVA Club of Washington DC for a wonderful evening of French
cooking
instruction and dining at L'Academie de Cuisine, which is located in
the
heart of Bethesda and has been providing instruction for aspiring
professional chefs and avid amateurs since 1976.
Francois Dionot, founder and director of L'Academie de Cuisine will
conduct
a demonstration class in classic and modern French cooking. At the
beginning
of the class, you will receive a copy of all the recipes being prepared
so
that you can take notes while Mr. Dionot demonstrates the techniques.
He
will select from past French Cooking Course menus some of his favorite
recipes along with students' favorites to prepare a 3-course dinner to
be
served with house wines after the lesson.
