It’s time once again for a favorite D.C. tradition—watching classic movies outside on a giant 20-by-40-foot screen on the National Mall! Come relax Wahoo-style as we kick back to enjoy Screen on the Green. We’ll have blankets spread out to claim our spot, and blue and orange balloons to make it easier to find the group. (Just in case, please register so we can send you the cell phone number of the event organizer and so that we know how much room to reserve.) Bring friends, blankets, and any picnic items you desire; however, alcoholic beverages and tall chairs are not permitted on the Mall.

Come join us for two great movies:

Monday, August 1: Suspicion (1941) -- This Hitchcock masterpiece stars Joan Fontaine and Cary Grant in a story about a handsome gambler with questionable intentions toward his heiress wife.

Monday, August 15: The Big Sleep (1946) -- This mystery film noir starring Bogey and Bacall is adapted by William Faulkner from Raymond Chandler's novel.
