Roll up your sleeves and join the UVA Club of Washington DC as we venture into the Tapas culture of Spain in a hands-on class at L'Academie de Cuisine, which is located in the heart of Bethesda and has been providing instruction for aspiring professional chefs and the avid amateurs since 1976. The class will consist of a short demonstration/lecture by the instructor after which you will work in small groups to prepare 9 Tapas dishes. Aprons will be provided and the meal will be accompanied by Spanish wines.
