Sponsor the DC Hoos at the Virginia Gold Cup
Looking for a great way to promote your business? How about becoming a UVA Club of Washington Sponsor for the Gold Cup races? The UVA Club of Washington will host a 118-person tent (with potential traffic of over 1000 people) at University Row at the Virginia Gold Cup, which has been named by the Washington Post as a "primary social area".
In addition to being able to promote at the Gold Cup, sponsors will have the opportunity to promote on the UVA Club of Washington e-mail newsletter and on the UVA Club of Washington website. Furthermore, row-wide sponsorship opportunities (to all 9 tents at University Row) are available as well.
The various sponsorship tiers are listed below:
Friend of the UVA Club of Washington - $25; acknowledgement on the web site and on two 8.5x11" signs in the tent listing all of the sponsors.
Orange & Blue Sponsors - $125; subtle ad placement opportunities in tent; web site and email newsletter ad placement for 4 weeks.
Silver Sponsors - $250; subtle ad placement opportunities in tent; additional promotional opportunity; web site and email newsletter ad placement for 8 weeks; 1 UR Tent + Bus pass; 1 Members' Hill pass.
Gold Sponsors - $500; obvious ad placement opportunities in tent; additional promotional opportunity; web site and email newsletter ad placement for 16 weeks; 2 UR Tent + Bus passes; 2 Members' Hill passes.
Platinum Sponsors - $1000; obvious ad placement opportunities in tent; additional promotional opportunity; web site and email newsletter ad placement for 32 weeks; 4 UR Tent + Bus passes; 4 Members' Hill passes.
