Want to show your family all the coolest sites in DC? Lived in DC forever and never taken a tour of the monuments? Ever wanted to cruise through the Nation's capital on a self-balancing, personal transportation device? Then now is your chance! Please join the UVA Club of Washington DC on a guided Segway tour of the National Mall. The tour will meet by the small fountain in the upper courtyard of the Willard Hotel at 1455 Pennsylvania Avenue NW at 6:15 PM and will last approximately 4 hours. Bring your camera, your friends, and family and start your Friday night right—downtown with us as we glide through the city!
*An additional security deposit will be required. This will be returned in full at the tour's completion, provided there is no damage to the vehicles.

Office & Meeting Point
All tours meet in the upper courtyard of Willard Hotel at 1455 Pennsylvania Avenue. The office for City Segway Tours is between the Willard Hotel & the Hotel Washington underneath the executive office building and is located closest to the corner of 14th Street & F Street, which is a ˝ block from the Treasury Department on 15th Street.
Nearest Metro Station
The nearest metro station is METRO CENTER and the majority of metro rail lines must pass through Metro Center. Make sure to come out of Metro Center through the 12th Street exit. This will bring you out to 12th & F Street and start walking to the furthest street heading towards the big building with columns at the end of the street (Dept of the Treasury). The street you are walking on will dead end into the Treasury Building on 15th & F Street. Cross over 14th Street and once you pass the entrance to the Willard Hotel and a flower shop (Greenworks), look through the pillars and the office for City Segway Tours is located just LEFT of the small fountain. The office is in an outdoor courtyard, NOT in the hotels or across the street in Pershing Park.

The Hotel Willard & the Hotel Washington are located between 14th & 15th Streets, as well as Pennsylvania Avenue and F Street. The office for City Segway Tours is located right in the middle of this quadrant. If you are standing on Pennsylvania Avenue, look between the two hotels at the stairs leading up to the Occidental Restaurant. You must walk up these stairs towards the small fountain and keep walking around to the right up to the 3rd small fountain and the office door is next to the fountain.
Coming from 15th Street & F Street, pass the parking garage for the Hotel Willard & the Hotel Washington. Once you reach several pillars in the middle of the building complex, turn right and walk towards the small fountain and our office door is located on the left.
Coming from 14th Street & F Street, pass the entrance to the Willard Hotel and Greenworks (flower shop) and turn left into the outdoor courtyard between the pillars in the middle of the building complex. Walk towards the small fountain and the office door will be to the left side of the fountain.
Parking
The best option is street parking. You would need to pay the parking meter through 6:30 pm and then it's free. Give yourself some extra time to find a space within a few blocks from the office, which isn't too hard because many people are leaving the surrounding office buildings at this time. The streets in this immediate area are usually pretty clogged up, so again please allow plenty of time to find a space. Otherwise, drive into one of the many parking garages (two of F Street).
Considerations
The parking garage connected to our office complex is open 24 hours, but please beware many garages in DC are not open very late, so be sure to double check before you enter or leave the garage for operating hours. Always check for temporary parking signs, due to federal security restrictions, street closures are very common in the Central Business District. This is where the office for City Segway Tours is located and the Willard Hotel is a high profile complex which is often secured for domestic and foreign dignitaries by the Secret Service and/or Metro Police Department.
