Come join your fellow 'Hoos and enjoy a day of Major League Baseball in the Nation's Capital! The U.Va. Club of Washington and Friends of the Virginia Pep Band are co-sponsoring a group outing at the Washington Nationals game on Sunday, October 1, 2006, at 1:05 p.m. against the New York Mets. This is an off-week for U.Va. football, so you have nothing better to do! The Virginia Pep Band will be performing at the pre-game "Fan Fest" near the D.C. Armory from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Don't miss them playing the Good Ol' Song! This is also the last game of the Nats 2006 season as well as "Fan Appreciation Day" for Nationals fans at RFK.
Seats will be in the Upper View MVP section of RFK Stadium near first base. We currently have a block of tickets in Section 509. Order tickets online and pick them up at Will Call on the day of the game. These are great seats for the price!
The deadline to order tickets is 11:59 PM on Tuesday, September 26.
