This is it - your big chance to get involved AND get to know all the players! Come join us for complimentary drinks and appetizers and find out just what's involved in running the UVA Club of Washington month in and month out. You see the familiar faces of our event organizers at all DC Hoos events, but the event planning behind the scenes has been a mystery to you until now. Find out more about our board structure and 7 committees: Social, Service, Schools, Networking/Careers, Sports, Membership, and Technology.
We want to hear your ideas and suggestions on ways the club can grow and be responsive to UVA alums in the DC area. And we're eagerly looking for new talent to join our team! Serving as a volunteer member of the DC Hoos Club is a great way to stay connected with UVA, meet new people, and have fun dreaming up exciting events and activities for all Hoos in the Washington, DC area. Please RSVP in advance and we hope to see you on February 26! Bonus: All who register by February 20 and attend will receive a complimentary half-year local club membership to the UVA Club of Washington.
