About the Venue
The 2008 Founder's Day Gala will be held at the Arts Club of Washington in the Foggy Bottom neighborhood. The Arts Club, composed of the James Monroe House and the MacFeeley House, is a national historic landmark. James Monroe and his wife were residents here when he served as secretary of state, and the James Monroe House briefly served as the president's residence after Monroe was inaugurated in March 1817.
*Tickets are non-refundable. You will not receive actual tickets in the mail - we will have the RSVP list at our Welcome Table at the Gala.
