Indulge your sweet tooth! Learn from a CIA-trained pastry chef (that's Culinary Institute of America) how to transform delectable chocolate into an artisan creation that is singularly yours! On May 7, just a few days before Mother's Day, put your distinctive touch on chocolates made with fresh cream, butter, and French Valrhona chocolate. This private class for UVA alumni will include two hours of hands-on instruction and a chance to learn the process behind decadent chocolate making. Design and create a personal - and edible - gift for that special person... Mom, yourself or someone else!
