Let's get outside in October with Little Hoos! We will meet at Lubber Run Park in Arlington for Stroller Strides - an exercise class for parents with their babies/toddlers. A fitness instructor will lead the class through walking/jogging and cardio & resistance training along a paved trail through the park trees.
We will meet on the volleyball court adjacent to the parking lot at the Lubber Run Community Center. Bring your stroller, water, and a mat or towel - and let the instructor know you are with Little Hoos for a free class.
After class, we can cool down with some playtime for our Little Hoos on the playground.
