One of our very own Hoos, Sunny Singh, teaches cooking classes in Ballston, and now we have a chance to learn some of his culinary skills. His class "Cooking for the Busy Professional" is perfect for time-cruched people who want to cook "real" food that's yummy, too! Join fellow Hoos on November 11th at 7pm as we sip some wine, create fast, delicious, and healthy meals, and then enjoy our tasty creations.
The syllabus for the evening is hummus (food processor), Asian short ribs (crock pot), roasted veggies (roasting), chipotle chicken (bulk marinating), and scented rice (timed hands-off cooking). The cost includes the lesson, recipes, dinner, and any leftovers, so bring tupperware! UVaClub members receive a $5 discount!
